La aparici\u00f3n de nuevos competidores que han integrado toda la cadena de valor (fabricaci\u00f3n, lanzamiento y operaci\u00f3n) de los sat\u00e9lites est\u00e1 provocando una transformaci\u00f3n de la actividad tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>La entrada de estos nuevos competidores provenientes de otros sectores, la ampliaci\u00f3n de la oferta de capacidad (GEO y no GEO) y las nuevas necesidades de los clientes conforman un entorno nuevo y complejo.<\/p>\n<p>Pese a las exigencias de este nuevo contexto competitivo, Hispasat ha logrado cerrar el ejercicio con unas magnitudes econ\u00f3mico-financieras que, en t\u00e9rminos comparables con 2023, muestran la resilencia de su modelo de gesti\u00f3n y la fortaleza de su balance.<\/p>\n<p>En este escenario de transformaci\u00f3n del sector, los resultados contables del a\u00f1o 2024 recogen los efectos ocasionados por algunos clientes relevantes del segmento telco, que se acogieron a la regulaci\u00f3n concursal de reestructuraci\u00f3n financiera. A esto hay que a\u00f1adir la revisi\u00f3n realizada por Hispasat de la valoraci\u00f3n de sus activos no financieros, al objeto de adecuar su reflejo contable a la situaci\u00f3n del sector. Todo ello ha impactado en el resultado negativo del Grupo en 92,8 millones de euros (netos del efecto fiscal). Este ajuste en la valoraci\u00f3n de los activos tendr\u00e1 un impacto positivo en el resultado de Hispasat en los pr\u00f3ximos ejercicios.<\/p>\n<p>Descontando los ajustes ocasionados por la incidencia de estas circunstancias extraordinarias, ex\u00f3genas a la gesti\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, el resultado de explotaci\u00f3n, en t\u00e9rminos comparables con el del a\u00f1o anterior, alcanzar\u00eda los 42,6 millones de euros (+25% respecto a 2023).<\/p>\n<p>El resultado contable atribuido a la matriz del Grupo termina siendo el reflejo de un ejercicio de transparencia, responsabilidad y rigor para adecuar el balance de la compa\u00f1\u00eda a la realidad que establece el entorno. A pesar de ello, la sociedad tiene bien definido su prop\u00f3sito, contin\u00faa generando un flujo de caja recurrente muy por encima de sus vencimientos anuales de deuda, presenta una s\u00f3lida cartera de contratos que aseguran una parte sustancial de sus ingresos futuros y cuenta con la fortaleza financiera suficiente para continuar siendo un actor relevante en el sector.<\/p>\n<p><img Esto se debe al efecto de la capitalizaci\u00f3n de los gastos financieros por 2,4 millones de euros registrados en 2023 (que finaliz\u00f3 tras la puesta en operaci\u00f3n comercial del sat\u00e9lite Amazonas Nexus a mediados del pasado a\u00f1o) y a la reclasificaci\u00f3n como cr\u00e9dito financiero de un cr\u00e9dito comercial dotado en 2023. Dicha reclasificaci\u00f3n fue conforme al plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n acordado por la asamblea de acreedores en el contexto del proceso concursal en el que se encuentra inmerso la contraparte. Todo ello ha supuesto un mayor gasto financiero por importe de 1,6 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Este conjunto de efectos que penalizan el resultado financiero se han visto compensados parcialmente en 1,2 millones de euros, gracias a unos mayores ingresos financieros obtenidos de remuneraciones de la liquidez disponible a lo largo del a\u00f1o, as\u00ed como a los ahorros generados por intereses correspondientes a la deuda financiera como consecuencia de un menor endeudamiento medio comparado con el pasado a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Los flujos de efectivo de las actividades de explotaci\u00f3n generados por el Grupo Hispasat en 2024 alcanzaron, en t\u00e9rminos homog\u00e9neos comparables, 137,8 millones de euros (-3,4% respecto a 2023). Computando el efecto ocasionado en esta l\u00ednea por los clientes que declararon durante 2024 procesos concursales y de reestructuraci\u00f3n financiera, los flujos de efectivo de las actividades de explotaci\u00f3n se situar\u00edan en 125,6 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que se refiere a los flujos de efectivo de financiaci\u00f3n, en 2024 se atendieron vencimientos de deuda bancaria estructurada por importe de 51 millones de euros y 46 millones de euros correspondientes a reembolsos durante el ejercicio de las l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito que dispone el Grupo. Tambi\u00e9n, durante 2024, se realizaron disposiciones de las l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito por importe de 32 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, tambi\u00e9n forman parte del flujo de efectivo de financiaci\u00f3n, los pagos por arrendamientos calificados bajo NIIF-16 que totalizaron 22,2 millones de euros y el pago a los accionistas del Grupo del dividendo correspondiente al ejercicio 2023 El tipo de inter\u00e9s medio de la deuda estructurada en d\u00f3lares estadounidenses (excluyendo la l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito \u201crevolving\u201d) el 2,82%.<\/p>\n<p>La deuda financiera del Grupo se encuentra mayoritariamente establecida, en un 99,7%, a tipos de inter\u00e9s fijo, incluyendo el efecto de los derivados de cobertura de tipo de inter\u00e9s. El 0,3% restante se encuentra contratada a tipo de inter\u00e9s variable.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la estructura de capital, el Grupo sigue una pol\u00edtica de asegurar una estructura financiera que optimice el coste de capital con una s\u00f3lida posici\u00f3n financiera, compatibilizando la creaci\u00f3n de valor para el accionista con la consecuci\u00f3n de un coste competitivo para las necesidades de financiaci\u00f3n. Peri\u00f3dicamente se realiza un seguimiento de la estructura de capital, en base al ratio de apalancamiento.
