As part of the Code, the Group makes an Ethics and Compliance Channel available to all the members of the Group as well as our stakeholders. Individuals can use this Channel to make queries about how to interpret the code and suggest improvements, as well as report any breach of the Code.

This Channel is shared by the entire Group and it is administered by the Ethics Manager at Redeia who will address and reply to the queries and process and hear any complaints received through this channel. This individual will maintain strict confidentiality of the processes and will be responsible for developing, solidifying and continually improving the management of ethical issues within the Group.
