As of 31 December, 2016, the company’s capital is formed by Abertis (through Abertis Telecom Satélites, S.A.), with the Spanish public sector (the State-Owned Industrial Holding Corporation/Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales-SEPI and the Centre for Technological and Industrial Development/Centro para el DesarrolloTecnológico e Industrial -CDTI) and the telecommunications satellite operator Eutelsat (through Eutelsat Services & Beteiligungen GmbH).
