As of 31 December, 2014, the company's capital is formed by Abertis Telecom Satellites, the Spanish public sector, the State-Owned Industrial Holding Corporation (Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales -SEPI-) and the Centre for Technological and Industrial Development (Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico e Industrial -CDTI-) as well as the telecommunications operator Eutelsat.
