The Ethics Channel is intended to enable employees and collaborators to fulfill their obligation to report any illegal behavior, irregularity, or violation detected that contravenes the Code of Ethics and its implementing internal regulations, as outlined in the Direct Channel Policy; and to raise questions about any doubts that may arise regarding the application or interpretation of the Code of Ethics and its implementing internal regulations.
