DECLARATION OF BENEFICIARY:
"In accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of subsection c) of paragraph 6.3 of Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 and paragraph 7.3 of Article 7 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, it is hereby communicated that AXESS NETWORKS SOLUTIONS PERU S.A.C. has implemented reasonable measures to obtain information on the beneficial owner, considering the ownership and control criteria provided for in letters a) and b) of paragraph 4.1 of Article 4 of Legislative Decree 1372 and in paragraphs 5.1 to 5.4 of its Regulations, and has documented these, respectively.
However, it has not been possible to fully identify the beneficial owner under the criteria indicated in the preceding paragraph because the ultimate shareholders do not hold the minimum 10% stake in the parent company.
In this regard, in accordance with subsection c) of paragraph 4.1 of Legislative Decree 1372 and subsection c) paragraph 4.1 of Article 4 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, we have considered the following natural person(s) Jorge Andrés Villalba Gómez, who holds the senior administrative position(s), to be the final beneficiary(ies).
